ApoRepair was in Marseille to take part in the “Invest In Biomed” day organized by Eurobiomed. This program, supported by public partners and partly financed by Eurobiomed, is a strong commitment to helping innovative companies succeed.

ApoRepair co-founders Stéphanie Barrère-Lemaire, Éric Thieulin and Joël Nargeot had the opportunity to present their project to a panel of investors. This strategic initiative aims to accelerate the development of their first-in-class therapeutic molecule towards the essential phase of clinical trials.

The 🏆 diploma was presented by Michaël Delafosse, President of the Metropole and Mayor of Montpellier, in the presence of Stéphanie Gottlib-Zeh, MedVallée ambassador, and Michael Chekroun, President of MedVallée. All the key players in innovation in the Occitanie region attended the evening, including the Montpellier BIC, Eurobiomed, Banque Populaire du Sud and the other 8 prizewinners.

On Friday December 6, 2024, the Montpellier BIC celebrated the^1st anniversary of the Innovation Hall in the presence of Michaël Delafosse, Mayor of Montpellier and President of the Metropole. During the celebration, the 3 winning startups of the iLAB 2024 innovation competition, incubated by BIC, were honored, including ApoRepair. We (Prisca Boisguérin, Joel Nargeot, Stéphanie Barrère-Lemaire and Alexandre Prieur) shared a convivial and particularly successful afternoon of celebration with all those involved in Innovation in the region. We would like to thank the BIC for their support since our creation, and more specifically Isabelle Prévot (President of the BIC) and our business managers Cécile Clément and Romain Lotoux. We would also like to thank all our regional partners, including Créalia, Eurobiomed, AD’OCC, MedVallée, BPI France and Banque Populaire du Sud.

ApoRepair was one of two startups selected by Eurobiomed to pitch at the “Investissements privés” day organized by LyonBiopôle. On this occasion, ApoRepair presented its project and team to various investors.

The ApoRepair team is delighted to announce the recruitment of its first employee. We sincerely welcome Laura Gallot to our team. Laura is a design engineer in charge of boosting our R&D. Thank you to her for being part of this incredible adventure.

We are pleased to announce that our co-founders, Stéphanie Barrère-Lemaire and Joël Nargeot, have taken part in the 1^st Annual Meeting of the ISHR-Southeast Asian Section (https://www.ishr-southeastasia.org/) where they present the therapeutic development of ApoRepair.

This victory represents an important step in our startup’s development!
Winner of iLab’s “Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnologies” theme, our project involves developing a first-in-class therapeutic peptide now in preclinical phase, as an adjuvant for reopening the occluded artery in acute myocardial infarction.
