Professor Jo\u00ebl Nargeot<\/strong> in Montpellier, when St\u00e9phanie Barr\u00e8re-Lemaire<\/strong> completed her doctoral thesis on “the pathophysiology of calcium channels in human cardiac cells”, in collaboration with Christophe Piot<\/strong>, then a cardiology intern at Montpellier University Hospital.<\/p>\n From 2002 onwards, the team focused his research activity on cardioprotection in myocardial infarction. in 1994 in the laboratory headed by Professor Jo\u00ebl Nargeot<\/strong> in Montpellier, when St\u00e9phanie Barr\u00e8re-Lemaire<\/strong> completed her doctoral thesis on “the pathophysiology of calcium channels in human cardiac cells”, in collaboration with Christophe Piot<\/strong>, then a cardiology intern at Montpellier University Hospital.<\/p>\nFrom 2002 onwards, the team focused his research activity on cardioprotection in myocardial infarction. However, the worldwide epidemic crisis linked to COVID put a stop to this initiative. However, the worldwide epidemic crisis linked to COVID put a stop to this initiative.
